easily, but im different. i do things most people say not too. right now im cycling a tank with a trigger, a tang, and a hawkfish and everyone tells me to bag up my fish and bring them back. had them over a week and no problem. so i will tell you my experience with a 29 gal tank. i had one when i started and had a tang, a dragon wrasse, 3 perculas, a damsel, an angel, and a bicolor blenny and did just fine for just over a year untill i upgraded to my 55 gallon. so you should easily handle what you want.

puffer freak-I think that will work out for you, but remember to go slowly adding only one or two in your case at a time and then wait a few weeks inbetween so you give your tank time to adjust to the load.
Atoz-i can't imagine how you accomplished all that in a 29, perhaps you just have a different idea of "fine" than everyone else. Your fish probably wouldn't agree with you.
Good Luck

Pufferfreak, do you want live fish? If so, I would try to have 1in of fish per 4 gal(if your tryin to push it), and later you could have as much as 1in per 2gal. If your wanting dead fish, then I would recommend Atoz25's advice. If ya follow my advice, you'll have HEALTHY fish, and end up saving $$$. Hope you dont have to find out yourself the hard way. :D

atoz might work for the very juvenile fish he mentioned, but at some point there would be health issues for at least 1 of the fish...just because something is working currently, a caring experienced owner would plan ahead what would be best for thier tank inhabitants, not simply works for THEM now...
