Fish to keep with bamboo?

Given the proper tank, you can go with various Tangs, Morays, Lions and even some species of Triggers. I've kept a few Bamboo's with Blue Throat Triggers, Black Durgeons, Sailfin Tangs, a 15" Volitan...and never had a problem.

Triggers are still 50/50 i would see if the trigger in the fish store likes to move sand and rock. this is important as if it dose it may, and as with any fish you never know, but it may stress out the shark and even one day take a nip. i have seen the above triggers stay in the middle of the tank, but i have also seen a blue line move a ton of sand. it's all in the fish.
So try it let us knoe and i would stay close to the tank for the next 24 to 72 hours to watch your new mates.
this is a good thread, any one else got good fish for this tank?

Oh you could put in a panther grouper. they would bring some great movement in the tank

IMHO any tang is easy to keep if given a proper environment and feeding.
i have a pretty large tank so my tangs swim back and forth like crazy never bumping into each other. I also feed them a HUGE variety of foods and they eat alot so i think their very easy to keep if you have a big, stress free tank for them to be in!

I have had very good luck with naso's and power browns. not together but as far as being easy to drip, and qt and not get any ich. as where often the blue tang will ich up no matter what.
