PH is at 8.0, Ammonia is normal.. dont recall the number now.. but looking at the color card is on the blueish green side. Specific Gravity is at 1.21 and nitrites - nitrates I woudl have to look again.. the test kit I had was thrown away by mistake :(
I have only been adding water as it evaportated.. The tank did spkie when I was cycling it with the clarkiies.
Tank population: 2 clarkiies, 1 rusty agenl, 1 dansel and the fish in question. I notice that one of the clarkiies seems to have an eye bigger than the other, too. As if it was swallen as well.
Does any of this help? I will have to go and buy a new test kit and look at the N levels again.

Have you had any ich in this tank by chance? When is the last time you added a fish to this tank? Cloudy eyes can be a symptom of either the onset of a paraste problem [commonly ich] or a bacterial infection. The "blue" is really cloudiness, and, in certain light, the eye will reflect kinda bluish. Is that what you are seeing? A cloudy "blue" eye?
What type of tank do you have? FO, reef? LR, LS?? Inverts?
