fish with ich and cant get it out

Help!! I have a reef tank with inverts and corals and I have 1 fish with ich who wont let me catch it. what can I treat with that wont affect my tank?

I usually do quaranteen my new fish but this time I didn't. I know, stupid on my part but you can't cry over spilled milk. I really do like this fish. I decided that rather than chance it, I took apart the tank, and captured it and the other fish too and put them into the qt tank and medicated them both. I know that it would have been easier the other way, but I think it was worth it to take it apart. Besides, I like the rearranged tank better. LOL!! Alls well that ends well, (so far) Thanks for the advise.
and oh, for the record, I am not a dude. I am a chick. LOL!!! :D :cool: :rolleyes:

Some members of the BB have soaked their fish food in garlic. They claim that this will stop ich.
