Fish with ich?

Hey 1 of my fish I think has ich. I thought it was the air bubbles but now I dont think that anymore. Anyways I did a freshwater dip for 5 mins. I make sure the ph and temp was the same. He is now in the tank again and swimming as normal. My question is do I need to start the garlic treatment if so how do I do it? Most of the bubbles went away when I dipped him. My readings for this tank is amn=0 ni=0 ph=8.3 spec grav=29
1 other question is I just bought a blonde naso for 1 of my other tanks along with a couple of other fish. The other fish are doing fine and the naso was until today. He now is sitting on the bottom of the tank and just looking at me. i just got finished making a hospital tank and put him in it. What might be wrong with him?My readings for this tank is amn=0 ni=0-.3 ph=8.3 spec grav=29
thnx for any help

Another thing is this is my 1st time dealing with diseases. The only sw fish I have had die was a damsel during cycle and 2 other fish got eaten, but besides that my tanks have been doing great.

ok tank with ich fish is a fowlr except for 2 anenomes it has a dwarf lion, a trigger, a snowflake eel, and a blue angel (ich fish). Has a power filter and a skilter filter with a lil of LR and cc bed.
the tank that has the blonde naso has 2 power filters and trying to decide on skimmer to put on it , anyways the tank has 2 daylife bulbs and 2 atinic blues. The fish are a mated pair of clowns, a mated pair of mandiran gobies, a scissor tail goby, a brittle starfish, a blue starfish, the naso(in the hospital tank now), a rock with a bunch of mushrooms, and @125lbs of LR

Well sad to say the Naso kicked the bucket. Im about to call the pet store and see what they are going to do cause I have only had the fish for 2 days. I really dont think it was my tank cause all of the other fish are doing well. the naso flipped out and started doing flips in the tank. Anyone know what happened.
