Bronco, thank you for the pics i really appreciate you taking the time to come down and see the tank and take them for me you did an awesome job. How is the frag, did you get it all situated in your tank.

i found it on the bottom last night, so i put it back in again, looking fine so far

Hey Bronco300,
Love the pics. Can you tell me what this particular species is? I think I have the same thing in my tank on a frag I got from my LFS. I bought it for the daisy Polyps that were on it, but this stuff started sprouting up over the past week.

Thanks guys for the comments, that is in fact calurpa co fish guy and I have been battling it for a while. I had the feather kind in my reef tank about 1.5 years ago and it went sexual and killed everything in my tank coral wise. Basically when it uses up all of the nutrients it turns white and releases spores and toxins into the water until conditions are right for it to start growing again. This stuff started growing out of no where and like i said i have been battling it for about a week.
