Fishless Cycle with Amonia

Hi Folks this is my first post on this Forum.
Today I decided to take the plunge and trade in my Tropical Fish to start a Saltwater Aquarium.
Back when I started my Tropical Fishtank I went to the LFS and got all the stuff and advice, for cycling he sold me a few fish told me to put them in and you know the rest.
Now im a bit more wiser I have realised a fishless cycle would be a better option to get the tank started I know forums are littered with folks asking about the fishless cycle, I have read up on the fishless cycle and I understand what to do, the only thing I'm worried about is buying the wrong Amonia.
I live in the UK and boots sell amonia when I look at the ingredients it says "Ammonia Solution 9.5% w/w" here is a link http://www.boots.com/en/Boots-Househ...-500ml_923908/
Now Im kind of guessing here but does the w/w mean it is 9.5% amonia with the w/w meaning with water?
I just want to make sure I get the right stuff and any advice from the experts here would be greatly appreciated by me and the kids.

I cycled mine by throwing a raw shrimp in and letting the bacteria and filtration do the rest. I have heard of folks cycling by using ammonia, but have never tried it. I ain't agin it, I just ain't familiar with it either.
