I have a 125 gal FO tank I have some Fake Rock structures currently with plans of putting LR in it
Does anyone have any suggestions on how much Rock I should put in my FO tank? Do I need both Base rock and Sump Rock and Shelf rock?
I am confused on what I should order over the internet I found great prices both at SWF.com and aquacon.com. The only thing is I don't understand what the difference between the types are?

In a FO set up, 1 lb. per gallon s/b ok. When considering displacement as a result of substrate and L/r, you probably have about 100 gallons of water.100-125 lbs of L/R s/b fine. Good luck.

I will post a pick of my 125 FOWLR when I get home later. I have about 100 pounds, half that was purchased on this site. The rock on this site is outstanding.
