Flagfin, aka poor's mans Goldflake.
They get a bit over 10" in the wild, but for whatever reason, they rarely get over 6" in the home aquarium. I would rank them intermediate based on what I've read, though about every angel is "intermediate." Like every angel as well, they do need established tanks to pick from the rocks. They typically are best for established tanks over 100gals, and like every angel, if you're buying locally, only buy a specimen that eats at the LFS.
They are surprising good community fish, and many people that are stocked with multiple angels have a FlagFin in there. I'm definitely considering one for my "ccampbell-lite 125"
