ive got a small blue hippo one inch and a 1.5 inch flame angel. i want to keep my nitrates low in my 30 gallon tank. is feeding every other day ok? there is some algae in tank for them to nibble on . i know flame and hippo are always grazzing..is it ok to feed your fish every other day if you have a small tank? to keep nitrates down or is this cruelty? opionions pelase
