Flame Angel fin problem

The back of my Flame Angel has devolped small holes running down the blue part of the back fin. They almost look like perforations. Does anyone have any info on these holes?
Thanks for any help.

take the picture, save it to your hardrive
then when you make your post go to the bottom and hit attach files and find the picture file on the hardrive
