I bought a flame angel on SWF and he came live and seem like he was doing good during the 3 hr acclimatoin proccess. He was swimming around in the bucket and in the tank last night. I come home from work and hes laying on his side in the bottom of my tank and i think hes alive still tho. He was i guess swimming around an hr ago when my girlfriend got home too. Is this still part of the acclimation proccess?? Will be ok?? The only thing is hes in a bad spot for me to try to get him out. I have to take apart part of my tank. :-( :help:

If it's not readily clear that he's alive, then I'd say he's had it. It doesn't sound good. I'd do what I could to coax him out from the hard-to-get-to area and isolate him until something changes.

Pack it up just as they tell you, and send it whichever way is comfortable to you. I always use UPS, but US Mail might be okay.
They WILL honor the warranty if they get it on time, but you have to order another 79 dollars worth of stuff to get it.

the same thing happened to my flame angel. it was fine swimming and eating and the next morning it was dead. my green chromis did the same and so did one of my clowns. they were all from the same shipment

The warranty is excellant. In your next order you will be shipped a free one using the code they will provide you. Email them (contact info to the left) and follow the directions.
