flame angel something on face

first off, i have a 90 gal reef, been up for 3 months, its doing great, i have a cleaner shrimp, yellow tang, hippo tang, false percula clown, coral beatuy, and flame angel in it, it appears to have two small white ish protrusions coming off of its face, just wondering what they are, and ohh yeh if u have any ideas about what to add to my tank let me know, thanks,

I'm not sure. Have the coral beauty and the flame angel been fighting? I've heard that two dwarf angels in a tank can create a problem. It could be fight scars and it's repairing itself.
