Looking for some experience out there. I've heard reef safe with caution, but soft coral nippers and clams. I really want a nice reef too. What do you think? <img src="graemlins//angel.gif" border="0" alt="[angel]" />

I don't know about other peoples experiences, but I just had to tear my entire tank apart to catch a Bicolor angel. It was my favorite fish. Very Active and Beautiful. In the beginning, he did not bother anything, but all of a sudden he decided that polyps were mighty tasty. I would recommend not going with a pigmy angel. It was not a good experience for me. I have been told that other people could keep them without problems. I wish you the best of luck whatever you decision is.

I asked this same question a while back on my flame angel. Got many answers which led to only one conclusion: "It depends!"
Some angels behave and others don't and you won't know until you try. And then, the fish reserves the right to change it's mind
My flame angel is in my aggressive tank and I'm still thinking about it. I know it would look great in the reef, but....
Good Luck!
