Flame Angel With Whiteish Eye

Hey,
My Flame Angel has a weird whiteness over his eye and it completely covers the eye.
You can see through it but it makes it much more opaque.
Any Ideas on what is wrong and how to cure it?

Mine did this too, it almost looked like popeye. I fed mine a lot and used Garlic and Selcon. It took about 2 weeks or so and then it was gone.
Good luck, I knew I could not get mine out of the tank this worked best for me.IMO

Yes both ever day. I also fed him small amounts 3 times a day. I know it is a pain. But since there was no way I could get him out this was my only option. You might be able to get yours out and then maybe someone else can help.

Could be an eye fluke. I agree with popeye too. If the eye is bulging way out of the socket... that's what it is. If not it is probably a skin fluke. You might try a freshwater bath... but be VERY cautious with that option. Good luck.

I've had popeye with the dwarfs angels before.
So far, a good water change seems to speed up the healing process.

That happened to my sailfin tang. My LFS told me that there was somehting in the tank burning his eyes. He told me to do a water change, check levels and this should heal it. It did. Now weather or not there was something in the tank burning his eye Im not sure. I just did the water change and it healed up within a week.
