flame angel

This morning I woke up to my flame angle lying on the sand with labored breathing, I thought i was losing it. My paramaters are reading fine, everything wlse looks great. After a couple of hours, the angle bounced back,now wating and swimming around looking just fine. What happened and should I still be worried?

it was lying on the rocks and then swam to the back of the tank and laid on the bottom breathing hard...is that how it sleep

I have had my Flame for over 5 years and never seen it lay on the sand like you say...IMO, not normal. Mine always sleeps up in the rocks. Cant say why it did that though. Hope it will be OK.

That is not normal. Only a regal tank.
