Is it possible to house a Flame Angle, blue hippo tang, and a yellow tang together in a 55 gallon tank w/ 100 lbs live rock? Trying to make up my mind before I buy so thanks for the input. Couple smaller fish are also in the tank; two damsels; wrasse; clown.

IMO, a 55 is too small for any tang (not enough swimming room) and not nearly big enough for two. These fish are often sold at a small size; but you need to consider what they need when grown. IMO & IME, the Flame Angel will do well, but I wouldn't get that fish right now if your tank is quite new, say less than 6 months old. These fish need plenty of mature LR to really thrive. BTW, I'll bet the day comes when you want those damsels out, they are very aggressive little monsters that will decide what you can keep. I'd get them out ASAP; how to remove damsels is one of the most common topics on this forum. Did your LFS sell them as "cycle" fish? This happens way too often.

A flame angel will be fine in a 55G. Tangs, ABSOLUTELY NOT. There is not one tang out there that belongs in anything less than 75G and even that is a stretch. As a general rule, tangs do not belong in a tank less than 90G.
Get the damsels out, they will cause problems later and will probably kill off your stock list, and then turn to your hands. They're evil little fish.
A nice stock list for a 55G with what you have listed would be:
Flame Angel
Wrasse (or two)
Clown (or a pair)
and then some small other fish such as a goby and/or blenny
Firefish?
Don't overstock.
