I put some peppermint shrimp in my tank to eat the rock anemone's and I know I put 5 in the tank and there hasn't been a trace of them since. Could the flame hawk have eaten them

Flame Hawks are know to be aggressive eaters. If the shrimps are small enough, they may have fallen victim to it. However, peppermint shrimps are nocternal, so try finding them at night with a flashlight. Sometimes I can't find mine either.

Has anyone had any luck in getting rid of rock anemones? Tried peppermint shrimp, and so far they've disappeared. I was told to use kawasser injections and the sea slug - one site wanted 99.00 for a lot of five. I tried twizzers, no luck they go in the rock before I can get them out. Can I take out the main infected rock and put it in some type of solution to kill them and not the rock? Need help!

My peppermints got rid of my aptasias. I was told to inject them with kalkwasser. Also, I've heard of Butterflies (not sure which species) will eat them.

the only problem with butterflies is that they are not very reef safe...so they might eat ur aptasia...and they might eat ur corals!

If you want to try butterflies try the copperband.I have seen them put in many reef tanks before..But i personally haven't put any in my reefs

I accumulated them for 20 minutes and let them out after I fed the fish, yellow tang, flamehawk, 2 anomie fish(excuse spelling) and foxface, they've disappeared. Has anyone tried atispi stop? These things are starting to take over
