Has anyone used this? I am going to try it tonight and want to know if it will hurt my clam or any of my coral. I have a ton of flatworms and they are driving me crazy.

It will not harm anything, but what will harm your corals is the dead flatworms. So before you add it make sure you have plenty of carbon standing by and your ready to do a water change.
If you can (if it's not to late) syphon out as many as you can with a turkey baster before you do the treatment.

deplete the pod population by adding appropriate wrasse or dragonets and you will see the flatworm population diminish. no need for flatworm exit.

Which wrasse ?? I have a nice size snow flake eel in my pred tank which is where my flatworm issue is.

no. flatworms eat pods. if there are no pods to eat, they will wither away and die off. the way to accomplish this is with another animal that eats pods (a mandarin dragonet is good for this).
