Flat worms

I have about 20 or 25 of what I believe are flatworms, in the overflow of my 75 gallon. The pic below is what they look like, that's not my tank though. Any suggestions about getting rid of them or leaving them be? I noticed them about 2 weeks ago an have not noticed an increase in numbers.
Also today I did a 20% water change if that helps any.

Any help is always appreciated.

I've been battlng flatworms for about 6 months. Fnally gettng hold on them. I suck them out at every waterchange. I don't want to use flatworms exit cuz I have a lot of pricey corals and don't want the risk of flatworms' toxins to nuke my tank. Urs looks like the harmless kind. They don't pose a threat unless they are shading or irritating ur corals. They just look ugly.
