Flatworms????

Today while feeding I noticed 5-6 orange-brown colored flatworms on some of the blooms of one of my mushroom colonies. I was able to get a couple of them off for a closer inspection and they basically turned to goo once out of the water. Anyway, I tried to research these in several of my texts and came up with the fact that some flatworms can be a serious "plague" to your tank. While others dont pose a problem to the tank environment. Has anyone had any experience with this type of flatworms? Should I not get crazy and leave them be? Or should I expect a "plague" at some point in time?
Everything is blooming as normal. All shrooms and all my other coral are doing great. What do you all think???

I had them in my 55 awhile back. I used flatworm exit when they multiplied to much for me to suck them out with a baster. I got alot out, then used the flatworm exit and did a water change immediately sucking out as many dead ones i could see. This is important because when they die they release a toxin in the water. I then ran carbon and my skimmer. They did come back a few months later so I retreated, they haven't come back since.

Thanks for the advice. But whats the verdict on these? Are they bad for the livestock, especially coral? Or do they just multiply to the point of becoming an eyesore?

A sixline hugh??? A good excuse to get a fish that I was always fond of
Question though, I've heard that they are reef safe and won't mess with inverts, is that correct??

Orange-brown colored flatworms can cover every inch of the glass. I have not had them my self but I have seen two tanks with them all over every thing.
