flea like creatures in my tank

can anyon tell me what these little tiny tiny flea looking things .. maybe dark yellow in color .. are crawling over the walls of my tank...ive had my tank for 3 yrs now and have never seens these... is this detrimental to my tank?... i have a 50 gallon with only a blue tang and 2 clowns... FO tank ... please help.. i just noticed them this morning becuz they are so small.. but they are moving and alive

did a couple of searches and i think they are copepods as well.. but now my question is do i go about my buseniess and still scrub my tank?... or leave them alone....

i scrub my tank slowly the first time and they all scatter away and then i go back and rescrub it after they have all moved. They will not come back until more algae grows on the glass and then you will have 1000s of them back on the glass to scare off again.
