Flickering Light

Just bought a used 24 galon nano cube. It has the dual 36w lights. The light has a slight flicker. I changed the bulbs and it did not solve the problem. Has anyone encountered this before? Any suggestions?

I've had that happen. It was the pin the on one of the bulbs that was broken so the connection was bad. I would imagine that it is a connection that is loose somewhere.

Ok so I did some testing...
If I only have one bulb in it does not flicker. It doesn't matter which bulb or if it is in the front or back slot, but as soon as I put two bulbs in it starts to flicker.
Any ideas?

well my friend who is an electrican was over and I went to show him and it didn't do it, so myabe it was a lose connection soemwhere that got knocked back into place. I am goona cross myfingers and hop that it stays like that.
