Yes but get two of them so you can wire the second in case the one gets stuck on. The second would be an emergency shut off.

how do i do that? can you post a diagram? im a little fuzzy on my electric

put the second one a little higher, same way as the other, if the bottom one fails it will fail on and the second will shut it off

I just keep both mine at the same height. They are wired in series so both must work for the top off to run. If either fails then no water is pumped. FWIW series wiring is one wire from each float switch tied together and the two remaining wires would be connected as if they were just one switch.
