Floating Sand in 29G Bio Cube

Hello,
I have recently setup my 29g Oceanic Bio Cube with just LS and water while I wait for me live rock to arrive. MY question is - is I have cloudy water from adding the water to my sand bed. Is it wise to run my filter and protein skimmer while the water is still cloudy? Or should I let it settle for a few days and then turn it on. I'm also concerned about the temp of my tank - currently the water is most likely at 65 - so I'm concerned I should start my filter and turn on my heater. Any advice??? Much appreciated.

Okay, I'll bite. Yes, turn on your heater. Get your temp to 78-80. You dont need to run your skimmer yet, but you may want to when you add your live rock. As far as running your filter now when your water is cloudy, some do and some dont. They say some of the finer stuff can cause problems when it gets inside the filter. It will be totally up to you, but the cloudiness will settle. Patience....
And congrats on setting up a tank.
