Hello so I have a 125 gal with two overflow returns on is a 1500gph (head loss like crazy though) the other is a 900 gph from the sump. So all in all I would say more like 600gph and 600gph. Anyway I also have two koralia style power heads in each corner 1200 gph each. I am going to start adding corals so I just bought two actual koralia 1's they were on sale for 20 each so i took em. They are rated at 400 gph I figure I would put them in the middle and cross the flows along the rocks where the corals will be.
QUESTIONS:
Is this enough flow for my tank?
Will my little cowfish be ok?
