Flooring

I'm in the planning stages for a 72 BF. I'm considering removing the carpet in that area (in the basement) before setting up. What floor would be most able to handle the ~1000 lbs? Will ceramic tile crack? Any suggestions?

Edub? In the basement I would assume you have concrete underneath the carpet? What about painting or staining the concrete leaving it at that? Simple sometimes is much better.
If not, ceramic would hold well as long as you set it right and let it cure well. Wood flooring would do well also.
