same thing as any anenome. glucose that is produced through photosynthesis provided by very strong lighting. However, many people do feed their anenome if they dont have super powerful lighting which is what i believe you were asking.lol Anything meaty. Fish, shrimp, fresh,raw, seafood in chunks
