Florida Condy Anemone

my condy won't attach itself to anything... it just drifts around.
it eats really well and isn't bleached or anything.... he just won't atttach.
someone told me its because my water flow was too strong so i turned off my power heads but he still won't attach to anything -___-
any suggestions?

My condy wouldn’t attach when I first put him in, so I set his foot down in a little crevices between some rocks and when I came back he had attached himself and did leave that spot till I had to move him because of a new powerhead about a month or so later.
