flounder question??

My lfs has a flounder and thinking about getting it. Before I decide to get it I need some info about it. I've try to search online but couldn't find anything. My stock list is a clown fish, maroon clownfish, yellow tang, lawnmower , coralbanded shrimp, condi anemone. Long tentacle anemone, brittle starfish, sand sifter starfish, and cuc.

The only thing i know about them is they get pretty big and they eat inverts.

Used to catch them all the time when I lived on Long Island.
They get BIG

I think the best way to keep them is in a pan with alittle oil on med-high heat with some fresh lemon.

I would usually use bread crumbs and fry!
..damn not being able to get FRESH seafood in wisconsin!!!
