What type of flourcent lights would you recomend?I have a 125 gallon tank and am only intrested in fish/live rock/ only.I have tried to learn about the tricromatic and the 50/50 but just dont know which will be best.Please help I need you opinion
Well, first, welcome to the board, and for what we call a Fish Only With Live Rock or FOWLR, 50/50 flo lights are great. I recomend using them for that tank. Feel free to ask any questons on this board.

If a single strip light 50/50. If a double like mine I use one white and one actinic blue which gives the tank a subdued look and helps cut down on algae.
I just upgraded my light on my 125fo I am running 2 10,000K and a actinic and there is plenty of light, I am thinking of adding another actinic to get more blue. Good Luck
