Yes, you can run up to 4 bulbs(any combination also, I have run regular ones while using VHO at the same time on the same ballast, just can't exceed the total wattage) a total of 320 watts(for the 430)(the 660 is 440 total watts) , VHO, HO, or standard, the ballast can run T5's or PC's too. You just have to wire it all up, there are diagrams on the website if needed, I have a couple if you need too.
