flow moving sand??

ok my AC 70 is pushing all the sand up so theres just glass int the front of my tank what should i do i reduced the flow as much as i could.

maybe see if you can angle it up a little more, i dunno, i only have a 5 gal tank so no powerhead for me...
my lfs has one tank w/ a dozen or so false percs and the powerhead pushed all the sand up, but the fish love to play in it
