flow rate for frogspawn and gsp

I read that frogspawn like low to med flow and gsp med to high flow.
I have both in a 10 gallon with a nano koralia and koralia 1 pumps.
I think have them set about right as the frogspawn isn't getting blasted in one direction, but rather flows from side to side. The gsp are also getting blown side to side, but much harder.
Does this flow rate sound about right? If the frogspawn didn't like the flow it was getting would it recede?
Thanks

I would just have the koralia nano in that tank...lol
And yes the frogspawn would close up with too much flow or not open up all the way...
Oh yeah my frogspawn just sways back and forth in the current...
