Flow recommendations for 36g?

I am wondering what the experts would recommend for flow in my 36g bowfront. I am currently using a K3 and a Koralia nano. I feel like the K3 is too big though... The picture below shows how the PH's are placed. The reason I feel like the K3 is too much is because even with it aim towards the surface it moves the sand at the bottom-center of the tank

My stocklist is a pair of B&W ocellaris, a bicolor dottyback, a peppermint shrimp, and a small frag of zoos. I plan on adding one or maybe a pair of bangaii cardinals and korals such as frogspawn, a hammer, mushrooms, and more zoos. What would be good sizes and placements for my ph's? I also have another nano, a K1, and a K2 I can use. Oh and my return pump is a 500gph magdrive that goes into a scwd and through the returns at either corner. I am planning on changing the pvc pieces out for modular pipe so it doesn't stand out as much and so I can direct the flow more specifically.

Thanks in advance!

Good pic. I like the rockwork. It looks like from the position of the power heads, that water is hitting the front glass and beating back towards the rock.
Try placing the #4 higher and point it towards the front glass indirectly. Place the other just below it on the opposite side and point it indirectly toward the rock and see if it won't calm the storm so to speak.
In nature the wave is strong. You want that good flow but not beat everything to death. Create a loop effect, so there is current without a beating.

i have a 36 bow with a koraila 2 & 3 the same placement as yours but at the top of the tank one pointed down a little more than the other. the current is ruff up top but seems to flow nice lower & it circulates through out the tank good
