What are the requirements of keeping a Flower Pot anemone healthy? I am wanting to get one for my f/o 25 gl tank. Thanks for the info in advance!

You will need lot of light (4 watts per gallon). And damn clean water conditions. Not just ammonia, nitritates, nitrites and PH in balance but calcium (500) and phosphates (0.3) too.
Its very hard to maintain a reef system in a 25 gal tank. I would recommend a lot of live rock (45 to 50 lbs) and not more than two fish (1 sq inch each) and a good venture style skimmer.
