Flukes in reef

I recieved a fish (from a friend) and placed it directly in one of my tanks only to find out it has flukes. I haven't been able to catch it for a fresh water dip. I'm not tearing the tank apart to catch it. Anything work to kill these in a reef tank, natural or chemical? do they spread easily to other fish?
