I have a 125 tank that has been drilled and has 2 overflows on the rear 2 corners. I have a durso standpipe in each corner with 1" bulkheads on each side with flex hose running to the sump. Both of the hoses drop through a bulkhead in the top of the sump and water dropsn through filter socks. One of the hoses is stretched as far as it will go while one is not. I have the water level going up and down in the chamber farther away from the outlet and I can change the frequency of the up and down action by changing the routing of the hose a little but cannot stop it. Is this a hose issue or an issue with the hole on top of standpipe? Water is returned to sump with a Bluline 30x using 2 1" pvc returns.
