Fluval filtration

New system? Fluvals have been used for filtration for a long time, what exactly are you referring to?

Yes the newer canister. I have several questions about switching We've had plenty of problems with our old system can I phone you?

IMHO the same problems would occur regardless of canister filtration used if they aren't properly maintained, but that could happen to any filtration type/style.

I almost bought one when I was first starting out - before I came here, I am glad I didn't because the cartridges are pretty expensive. Fancy machine it tells you when to change filters, flow rates, temperature. I would still prefer a sump/fuge any day though. Why don't you tell us what you are setting up or have set up and we can come up with something. Lots of good heads here.
