I was thinking about doing this for my newer 75g with the spotted moray, he is pretty strong so I don't wanna worry about him moving rocks around, is this something I can do or dumb idea? I was thinking to use like 3/4 PVC and an egg crate structure, then use that foam that people use for the foam walls, then the base rock that is in there break it up and stick on
any help or ideas would be awesome, TIA

i cant answer because im thinking of doing a cave, but i was going to use fiber glass, you lost me with what ur doing lol

The only problem is that the foam people use, usually Great Stuff, floats very well and you'd need quite a bit of weight to keep it down.
You could use PVC and cover it in cement or...if you really wanted to use the foam idea, make sure you stick quite a few heavy rocks into it, to keep it weighted down.

thanks for the response, what type of cement is safe to use? I'm open to any suggestions, I just said the foam because I've seen people do the back walls with it, but if there is a better way then please share
