I suppose you don't have a surface skimmer box, or prefilter I think they call it... If you don't, get one!! But in the mean time, have you cleaned your skimmer yet?? That little brush they gave you is supposed to clean that grey tube inside the skimmer. Take out the collection cup and you'll see what I mean. You'll see a plastic grey screw, remove it and stick the brush in there, that should get it to work like it did when you first got it anyway... Which pump do you have with it?? Maybe while you get the skimmer box you can add a mag 3 or a mag 5. Serious pressure. And if you do get that box, it will come with a sponge to block the bubbles like Snipe was talking about...
