Thank you so much to all of you who replied. I should not have titled it "Trey, Terry B, and Beth" as Trey is obviously not around, Terry B had been more helpful elsewhere, and Beth completely ignored it.
Special Thank You to Coral Beauty and Jimi. I stopped the hypo sal. as soon as I saw your posts and thank goodness no invert killings. I like my cleaner shrimp more than some of my kids (just kidding) but I would absolutely not want it offed. In any case.... I tried the garlic method soaked the food well and the white spots are starting to disappear. No body else effected. Will still cont to treat with garlic. I know you guys are going to kill me, but I cant remove the fish from the tank. I am adding a new (3 wk. QT Queen angel this week, and a P. Fridmani) Both of which I got from this site and were excellent specimens. In any case.... Dont yell at me. If they get ick, I'll tell you and you can mush it in my face. But seirously... Having hippo tangs can be a real pain in the butt. They get ick every 4 weeks or so. You know... maybe it isnt ick. It is white pimples. Not really white spots. I dont know. AHHAGAAAhHHH I cant even take a histoy from these animals...Well.... At lease I dont have to worry about taking their HMO.

Well I will wish you good luck. The spots disappearing every few days or weeks could be them multiplying. Did you say you a u/v? If so keep it running. What fish are in the tank now? Keeping an undercrowded tank goes a long way towards keeping disease, parasites and stress down. Again godd luck and keep us posted. ;)
