The best way to ensure all nutritional prerequisites are met is to give them a varied diet. This means a combination of flake, frozen and pellet. With your reef fish, variety is essential to ensure their long term health.
-ocellaris clowns-will eat flake, pellet and frozen brine or Mysis
-flame angel fish -Flake & pellet Brine and frozen mysis
-dwarf feather duster-filter feeder you can uses marine snow
-mandrin dragonet-live co-pods. Must be put in a tank that is very well established and has over 100 plus pounds of live rock. If this is a tank that is not well established and cannot replenish co-pods quickly, then a Mandarin should not be added. A cool alternative would be a goby, blenny, or a jaw fish.
As far as lighting goes, fish do NOT need special lighting. When you have coral is when you will need T5's, Metal Hilides or Power Compacts.
hope this helps!!

if you stop flow and turkey baste feed the mandarin it can be trained to eat frozen mysis.
most saltwater fish will do fine on mysis, some need some greens in their diet.
frozen brine is useless in the long run... its like eating water
