Food for cleaning crew

Hi everyone,
Several weeks back I finished cycling my 75 gallon. I have about 65 lbs. of live rock in it, and added 5 red-legged hermits, 6 snails, and an emerald crab. I've yet to add any fish as we're going to be out of town for about a week. My question is what can I do to ensure the crew is getting enough to eat. They mowed through the brown diatom algae that appeared, and I'm not really seeing much else in there for them to eat. Should I be worried?
Thanks for your advice!

Just because they ate up the algae and stuff doesn't mean algae still isn't growing. They're still eating stuff you can't see.
They're not starving.

You need about 35 hermit crabs and about 8 mexican turbo snails or 30 or so lesser snails in a 75 gallon tank.

You can feed the hermits and the crab raw shrimp, they will love it! Give them about 1/3-1/4 of a salad shrimp, cut it into a few pieces, and hand it the hermits, craps or just drop it in and they will find. Keep an eye on the shrimp, you want to make sure they eat it and it doesn't stay there.
