Is there any special feeding that I will need to administer for a cleanup crew? or just let them live off the algae?
i.e. Red Hermits and emerald, turbo snails, shrimp (peppermint, camel back, cleaner, coral banded), & feather dusters
Also, any dietary direction for a blue linkia star?
Thanks in advance.

the linkia is tough... I'll let someone else comment on that one.
As for the clean up crew... they are scavengers... they'll pick at algae and grab the leftovers from when you feed your fish.

Jacksonpt is right, the scarlets, shrimps, and star will just clean up your detritus--left over food and stuff. The snails, emerald, and to a lesser extent the scarlet will eat the algae. The feather dusters will eat microscopic planktonic food in the water column. If you feel any one of these 3 food sources are in short supply, a little supplemental food will help (but I don't know how to supplement algae for snails).
