food for sps

i just bought oyster eggs to feed my sps corals and other filter feeders, has anyone else used this stuff?

oyster eggs is the most common food that i knwo of for SPS. however, man ypeople, including me, dont feed their sps simply because they will thrive more in a lower nutrient system. so adding food isnt always benificial. this is my opinion
