Most fish stores carry them. If they don't have live brine, they will certianly have the eggs and salt so you can hatch them yourself. They're most nutritious for baby fish right after hatching.
Brine in general isn't very nutritious, you may want to try some of the other homemade foods suggested on this site.
Most fish will acclimate to "dead" foods. Raw marine fish, shellfish, and seawead blended up makes a good food for most adult fish. For baby fry, I suggest you search for one of Bang Guy's fry raising threads.
