I have 2 clowns, choc. chip starfish, pink tip anemone, 50 nass. snails, 5 bumble bee snails, and 2 Mexican turbo. The tank is only 4 months old and I am worried I don't have enough algae for the snails to eat and wondering if I should even worry about snails starving? Also all I have been feeding my fish is frozen brine shrimp and I have been told that this has very little nutritional value. My question is what would be some good alternatives foods so that my fish can have a variety? Please give me some specific name brands so that I can order them offline.

Nassarius snails dont really eat algae. They do but they would rather eat leftover food or waste. Mine only eat algae at night and left over food during the day. I never feed my snails they have to look for food thats what there there for lol. Snails in the saltwater hobby will die off and reproduce as food is there. Like nassarius lay eggs so if there isnt enough food they will die off until there is enough food to sustain what is left and if there is a food explosion they will reproduce since there is alot of food for more snails.
