hi liz:and all just wanted you to know that the recipe that i posted i made some changes to i fed the tangs and angels a salad mix you get at the store it said european mix on the bag if you can't find it let me know anyway i put carrots in it ,spinich,broccoli,and 4 centrum vitamins in it along with three mixtures of green lettuce that was in the bag chopped it in the blender added 100ml of salted water with 1 packet of unflavored geletin,the box of gel.came with 4 packets spread the mixture on a cookie sheet and put it in the freezer overnight,cut it into squares about 1x1 inches and put it in the grid holder for the seaweed selects the fish ate it like crazy ill let you know how they do i wanted to let you know in case you wanted to try it yourself on your hippo!!!mark
