Ich goes in cycles. Garlic may have helped your fish or the parasite may have just cycled off. Either way, garlic will not remove the ich from your tank.

Garlic is sold for fish tanks as well. Garlic helps fish's immune systems, but it will not kill ich or remove ich.

Well what do you suggest to remove it in your tank? I won"t do the lower the salt I think that will hurt my reef tank.

How do i feed my smaller fish? like my 2 yellow tailed damsels, foxface, and Coral Beauty Angelfish. Should i squez the garlic and get the juice and put it in the flake food? Should i let the flake food dry up or give it to the fish whean the flake food is still wet with the garlic juice?

Lowering the salt will absolutely harm your tank. Do not lower salinity in your display tank.
Read the thread posted above. You perform Hypo in a QT tank, not your display. IF you remove all fish from a tank and allow it to sit fallow for 4-6 weeks the ich should be dead in your display, provided you do not re-introduce it.
